 About H.O.P.E. Consulting, LLC 

H.O.P.E. Consulting, LLC was founded in 2004 out of the need for quality services to be provided to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide the highest quality behavior analytic services that improves the lives of all our clients and families in an ethical, socially acceptable, and science-based manner. All of our services strictly adhere to a behavior analytic theoretical framework. Through the implementation of empirically-validated, individually-tailored treatment programs, the clients that H.O.P.E. serves enjoy an improved quality of life. In order to assist with this goal, H.O.P.E. provides several different service delivery models, including: early and intensive intervention, a daily living & functional skills training program, consultation models, a group-based social skills program, parent trainings, and workshops.

We are a highly respected agency and emphasize a scientist-practitioner model. This means that we are constantly in the process of updating our clinical procedures according to the most current scientific evidence. Additionally, we encourage and expect our clinical team to systematically evaluate treatment procedures to ensure the most effective treatment is being provided to each and every individual client. We also encourage our clinical team members to contribute to the body of literature supporting ABA treatment. We place a strong emphasis on training and support across staffing levels (both initial and ongoing), fostering collaboration, and developing caseloads in a manner that allows our senior clinical team members to remain highly involved in each client’s intervention program.

We are proud of our success and enjoy working with all of the individuals we serve. Out of the many children who have completed our early intervention and functional skills programs; 33% of these  have transitioned to a general education classroom; 48% have transitioned to a lesser restrictive classroom, and 19% have transitioned to a language enriched classroom. Not only can our clients’ success be measured by school placement, but also through their integration within the social community, including the development of friendships, closer relationships with their families, and increased ability to act independently and assert themselves in an effective and appropriate way across environments.

H.O.P.E. currently works with a number of different entities in the greater Sacramento area, including regional centers, school districts, and residential facilities.
