Our Registered Behavior Technicians are hands on, one-on-on, working with a child with a disability by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment to help improve their quality of life and create the best possible outcome for their future. RBTs who choose to advance to the position of a BCBA are trained to overview treatment success, management, and writing the treatment plans that RBTs implement. If you want to obtain a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, HOPE will help you fulfill the fieldwork requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) so you can follow your journey to make a difference in the world and achieve your dream job!
Our Process:
Our Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for providing ABA Treatment one-on-one with children who have a diagnosis of autism or another disability which puts them in need. An RBT’s goal is to teach much needed skills that will greatly enhance the quality of life for our patients, and create lasting progress that will put them on the path to success for their future.
