Private Health Insurance
The recent passage of California Senate Bill 946 requires health insurance providers to cover the cost of ABA treatment to individuals diagnosed with autism. To this end, Maverick Education and Behavioral Solutions, LLC has become an in-network provider with a number of insurance carriers, which allows us to provide ABA treatment to your child, while your private insurance company covers the cost of services. Our determination to become credentialed with a wide range of health insurance agencies has allowed us to expand our services to meet the needs of those families who may not previously have been able to access ABA treatment for their family member.
We are currently credentialed, or in the process of being credentialed, with an array of insurance companies. If you’d to find out if we are credentialed with your health insurance provider, please contact us at (916) 863-7949 x 202.
Services and supports provided through insurance include:
- Comprehensive Services
- Focalized Services
- Social Skills Training Group
- Adolescent & Adult Services
School Districts and SELPAs
Maverick Education and Behavioral Solutions, LLC contracts with local school districts and SELPAs to provide behavioral support to individuals in the school setting, given the services are approved through the IEP process. Services and supports to school districts include:
- Functional Behavior Assessments
- Educational Assessment
- Classroom Supports
- Classroom and District Wide Trainings
- Paraprofessional Supports
If your family member is a Regional Center consumer, you may be eligible for ABA treatment. H.O.P.E. Consulting, LLC provides the following programs via Alta California Regional Center funding:
- Early Intensive Behavioral Treatment and Training (EIBTT) Program
- Part of the Family (POTF) Program
- EXCEL Parent Training (EXCEL) Program
In the event that ABA treatment would be beneficial and costs are not covered by one of the above funding sources, a private contract can be established between the agency and family/caregivers. Please contact the Administrative Office at 916-963-7949 x 202, and ask to speak with Mona Mazza for additional information.
